If you are purchasing Embroidery ONLY, please ship your banner to 9597 Jones Rd. #357; Houston, TX 77065. Once your banner is received, it will be embroidered and shipped back you. If you have any questions on this process please contact us at nationals@namiss.com.
If your order is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email, to the email that you submit in the form, within one hour.
NOTE: State Queens and State Cover Girls are not required to buy an additional crown or banner. However, if you would like your name embroidered on the back of your existing banner or if you would like to purchase an additional crown or banner, please complete this form. Do not forget to mail your banner into the national office at 9597 Jones Rd. #357; Houston, TX 77065, if you are purchasing embroidery only.

To receive your crown and banner prior to the pageant, you must do the following by your individual deadline based on the chart below:

2) Submit full payment for crown and banner. (excludes Appointed Representative Program)
3) Submit full payment for All-American Miss National Sponsorship Fee. (If you are ordering a City Queen Banner)
To receive your crown and banner at the National Pageant Check-In, you must do the following by your individual deadline based on the chart below:
